As you all may have guessed by now, I am a health freak, and love to eat totally plant based. But even I digress from time to time while traveling.
Sometimes, all there is is pasta, and I just have to add as many veggies into it as I can to justify eating it. Sometimes I am eating at a new friend’s place and they serve a whole tray of delicious sweets or chocolates. Sometimes I am on the go and settle for a lunch of cereal bars and nuts. Yes, these things have all happened to me, probably more than once, and it’s not the end of the world.
But as much as I can, I embrace #healthytravel, and will be posting easy recipes, and healthy travel tips here so we can all do our best to stay healthy, and plant based while traveling.
