Oven Roasted Dill Potatoes With a Dill-Yogurt Sauce
    For the potatoes:
    For the yogurt:
    1. Preheat the oven to 375. Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Then mince the dill (if it came in a bunch use almost all of it). Set about 1/4 cup aside for your sauce if making. Take 1/2 cup of minced dill and mix with 1 tbsp olive oil. Massage this mixture into the potatoes, and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the potatoes and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the potatoes over every 10-15 minutes so they brown evenly.
    2. To make the yogurt sauce, put 1 cup of yogurt into a bowl. Add in 1/4 cup minced dill, lemon juice, and salt. WIsk ingredients together.
