Sometimes it is hard to find good quality blogs that are not covered in advertisements, so here is a list of vegan and vegetarian blogs with interesting content and themes that I read regularly.
General Travel Blogs
Adventurous Kate – Kate gives amazing advice on solo female travel, and shares her travel tips and ideas.
Gotta Keep Movin’ – Emma is a traveling blogger with great advice on how to travel cheaply, and volunteer worldwide.
Hippie in Heels – Rachel is a nurse turned traveling massuse, currently based in Goa, India, sharing cheap luxury travel tips. I find her advice on women’s solo travel in India particularly helpful.
Poplar Travels – Evanne and Eric quit their jobs in Washington, D.C. and took off to travel the world. They are currently based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and are excited to explore southeast Asia.
Samantha en Route – Samantha is a “twenty something woman with strong wanderlust” who has lived in Spain, and writes and shares photos of her travels.
Travels of Adam – Adam is a self proclaimed hipster who writes a funny, innovative travel blog. Adam is a part time vegetarian, based in my favorite city, Berlin, for now, sharing his unique perspectives on city travel.
Twenty-Something Travels – Stephanie is a travel blogger and writer from my hometown, Washington D.C. who shares her travel stories and advice.

Eat Kale for Breakfast – Kenley is a vegan, gluten free personal chef who writes about travel, vegetables, and all things wellness.
Plants for Fuel – Plants for Fuel is run by two vegans who lead by inspiring others with their collection of recipes, workouts, and vegan travel and health tips.
Secrets from the Old Country – Silvia brings you classic baked Croatian creations, as well as healthier desserts, and vegan recipes from Mexico, Croatia, and around the world.
We’re Talking About Food – Taji writes an amazing health and wellness blog including recipes and tips. Her food is innovative, and mostly vegan!

AngloItalian: Follow Us – Dale and Franca are a traveling vegetarian, now vegan, couple. They travel for architecture, design, music, and art from around the world.
Charlie on Travel – Charlie is a traveler from the U.K. who focuses on simple, sustainable, and socially responsible travel. Many of her posts feature veggie food around the world.
Chronicles of a Travel Addict – Cristina had been a vegetarian for the majority of her life, but became vegan in early 2014 when she moved to Portland. Currently, she is incorporating the vegan side of life into her travel blog. Expect to see travel tips, restaurant reviews, and recipes from around the world.
Indefinite Adventure – Sam and Zab are an English couple, traveling “light and slow, and working as they go.” They are veggie lovers, so they often post about vegan cuisine and eco-travel.
Justin plus Lauren – Justin and Lauren are a vegan, Canadian couple sharing tips and photos of vegan food during their travels around the world.
The Balanced Traveler – Jodi is a traveler from the Pacific Northwest who shares many beautiful and tasty vegan creations on her blog and instagram account.
The Travel Lush – Justine is a California native traveling around the world. She is currently living in Indonesia sharing her stories, photos, and veggie finds from the region.
The Vegan Punk – A long time vegetarian turned vegan, Brit writes Vegan restaurant reviews around the U.K. and beyond.
Vegan Food Quest – Caryl and Paul left England January 2014 and are on a quest to find, eat and write about the best vegan food in the world.
