Almond, Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Treats

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats (not the quick cooking kind)
  • ¼ cup shredded Coconut
  • ¼ cup Ground Flax Seeds
  • ¾ cup Almond Butter
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips
  • 2-3 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional for additional sweetness)
Instructions
  1. Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Then add in the honey, nut butter, vanilla extract, and blend together with your hands until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Press the mixture down into the bowl with your hands and cover the bowl.
  4. Place the mixture in the fridge for an hour or up to two days to chill.
  5. Once the mixture is cold enough, it will have formed into one large piece.
  6. Take out about 3 tbsp and roll the mixture into balls with your hands.
  7. If it's not sticky enough, just add a bit more honey!
